Cancel at least seven days before the week starts
You can cancel a paid week at least seven days before its Monday 00:00 UTC start for a refund of the amount paid for that week. This deadline is measured from the booked week's start, not the time you made the purchase.
Open Bookings, select View on the relevant week, then Cancel and request refund when available. Check the booking reference and week in the confirmation before submitting; any refund is based on the remaining refundable balance. Repeat only for other weeks you also want to cancel.
Each week is handled separately. Canceling one week does not automatically cancel the rest of a multiweek order. Its refund uses the price you actually paid for that week, including its discount and any allocated tax.
Requested is not the same as refunded
A successful cancellation request can show Cancellation pending on the affected booking while we process its refund with Stripe. The order can show Refund pending. These statuses mean a request is in progress, not that money has reached your bank.
We mark a refund issued only after the payment provider confirms it. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. A partially refunded order may still contain other confirmed weeks; check each booking rather than assuming the whole order was canceled.
If status is pending or being reviewed, refresh Payments instead of repeatedly requesting the same refund. Contact billing support if you need help understanding an update or a refund that has not appeared.
If a placement cannot be delivered
If a late initial payment cannot secure all selected weeks, the whole initial payment is submitted for refund. Other delivery interruptions are assessed against the affected undelivered portion.
A tool must remain approved and eligible for its booked category. Moderation or a payment dispute can suspend its placement. A suspension does not by itself mean a refund has completed or that the booking will automatically resume.
Unresolved eligibility suspensions are reviewed after 72 hours under the Terms. Future unstarted weeks are refunded, and undelivered time in the current week is normally assessed proportionally; a recorded Guidelines breach can affect that policy. Statutory rights still apply.
