My tool is missing from the booking selector
Use the account that completed the listing's ownership verification. The tool must be approved, your account email confirmed, and your ownership access current. A pending submission or a matching email address alone is not sufficient.
For an unclaimed listing, use Claim this tool on its public page and complete DNS or domain-email verification. You do not need a support ticket for the normal claim process. If you already completed a claim, check Owned listings and refresh the Console.
A website URL change, revoked ownership access, moderation decision or account restriction can affect advertising eligibility. Contact support with the listing URL if your completed claim still is not recognized.
I paid but cannot see my card
First check Bookings → View. Confirm the status, selected page and recorded start and end. A confirmed future booking will not display before its start, and an expired week is no longer live.
Use Open page in your booking details to visit the correct location. For a Browse all tools booking, this opens /tools with no search, category or pricing filters; stay on the first page. For a category booking, open the matching category's first results page without a search query. For a homepage booking, look in the Sponsored section between Categories and Featured tools. Buying advertising does not add your tool to the editorial Featured grid or raise it in organic search.
Refresh the public page and the Console. Payment processing, review, suspension or a pending release refund can prevent display. The newest status in the Console is more useful than an older email. If the recorded period is current and the issue continues, contact billing support.
Read booking and payment status separately
In booking details, Offer available means a waitlist position is temporarily reserved for review. Awaiting payment means checkout has a temporary reservation. Neither is a confirmed paid placement. Expired means its reservation deadline has passed; refresh for the latest payment status before making another purchase.
A confirmed booking can show Scheduled before its start, Active during its eligible advertising period, or Ended afterwards. Confirmed is shown when the booking is secured but its current display eligibility cannot be established. Paused means delivery is suspended and needs resolution; it is not confirmation of a refund.
Released means the reservation no longer holds inventory. Cancellation pending means that booking's cancellation refund is awaiting confirmation. A separate Refund pending note can accompany an otherwise active or scheduled booking: a price or service adjustment does not itself cancel the placement. Refunded or Partially refunded payment status means Stripe has confirmed a full or partial refund; your bank may still be processing the credit. Check each week's status separately.
An email or toast may acknowledge a request before the payment provider finishes it. Open Bookings for the affected week and Payments for the order's latest state.
Understand impressions, clicks and CTR
When available, View details shows approximate sponsored-card impressions, clicks and click-through rate (CTR). A click means someone opened your directory listing from the sponsored card, not a verified visit to your external website or a conversion. CTR is clicks divided by impressions, expressed as a percentage.
Browser blockers, connectivity, shared networks and duplicate filtering can affect counts. They are not exact visitor totals. Separate private listing-page analytics include views from other sources too. We do not guarantee a traffic level or use these approximate counts to automatically change your booked price.
Get help with a specific purchase
Email hello@newhorizoncode.io or submit a support ticket. Include the listing URL, booking and order references from View details, the selected page and weeks, and a short description of what happened. Note the time and timezone if timing matters.
Use the original purchasing account when checking an order. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete payment-card details. If payment status is uncertain, check the existing order before making another purchase.
