Join from the booking calendar
In Bookings, select your approved, claimed tool and the page you want to advertise on. Choose a Reserved, Booked or Renewal window cell to see its waitlist option. Closed cells cannot be selected. You can also use Wait for any available position for a broader entry on your chosen page.
Joining a waitlist does not charge you, create a paid booking or guarantee an offer. Your tool must remain eligible when a place becomes available. You can have up to five active waiting or offered entries on your account.
How places are offered
Existing eligible buyers may have renewal priority. After that, eligible waiting tools receive offers before a position is opened for direct purchase.
Early eligible entries use a draw; later entries use their original joining time. This is not a single first-come, first-served queue, and we do not promise a queue position or waiting time. Withdrawing and rejoining does not give you a new draw or reset your original joining time.
Availability, category eligibility and the limits shared by affiliated buyers still apply. Joining overlapping lists cannot give one tool several positions on the same page in the same week.
Review an offer before its deadline
Open Console → Sponsored placements → Waitlist to see your entries. When an entry is Offered, select Review offer. This opens the booking review with a fresh price and terms to accept before checkout.
We send an offer notification to your account email, but you should also check the Console. Offers normally last four hours, reduced to one hour within seven days of the week starting, or 30 minutes within 48 hours and during the current week. The clock starts when the offer is created, not when you open the email. Follow the displayed deadline.
An offer temporarily reserves a position for you; it is not a purchase. Review it and start checkout before the offer expires, then complete payment within the checkout hold. Converted means an offer has moved into checkout, not that payment succeeded. An old email link cannot restore an expired offer.
Withdraw or let an offer expire
Select Withdraw on a waiting or offered entry if you no longer want it. Withdrawing a waitlist entry is separate from canceling a paid booking.
An expired offer releases its reservation. After two lapsed offers for a position and week, that position may return to general availability.
Two attributable missed offers within a rolling 30-day period can restrict new waitlist joins until that count falls below two. If a site-wide sales pause prevents checkout when an offer expires, the entry returns to waiting with its original age and without a missed-offer penalty. A pause of new bookings for one placement still allows its already-issued offers to be accepted, so their normal deadlines and missed-offer rules continue. Withdrawing an entry you no longer want helps avoid unused offers.
