Fottory does two things. It tells you, free, how well the dating photos you already have are working. And it makes new ones from a single photo of your face. The free check. Upload a photo and get a read on it: where it belongs on your profile, six ratings, and a short list of what is working against it. No account and no email. If a fault can be corrected, you can have that done in place. The generator. Most AI photo tools give you two hundred pictures from a fixed list of scenes, and leave you to work out which ones look like you. Fottory works the other way round. You say what you want, and you get a small set of photos of your own face. Upload one to four photos of yourself. One is genuinely enough: one person in frame, face towards the camera, hair visible. Selfies are fine. Choose the scene and the outfit. Pick a preset, write a description, or upload a reference of the look you have in mind. Get six or eight photos for a whole profile, or one to four takes of a single idea. Download the ones you want and delete the rest. The two halves use the same standard. What the check marks a photo down for is what the generator is built to avoid, and a profile set is made in order: the first photo to open the profile, the second to confirm it, and the rest to show a life. What makes it different. Every other generator in this category competes on volume. Fottory competes on direction. You are not picking from a menu of somebody else's ideas about a good dating photo, and you are not handed a pile of results to sift.
