Codex Quota Overlay is an independent community project for Codex Desktop on Windows and macOS. It displays remaining quota, next reset time, and reset credits beside the conversation title by reading the documented local Codex App Server rate-limits method. It runs foreground-only and does not capture screenshots, conversations, cookies, or tokens. It is not affiliated with OpenAI.
