Share reusable prompt rules for editors like Cursor and Windsurf.
Use the Submit page and choose Prompt rules (or open /submit?type=prompt).
What you need
Title: 3–120 characters.
Short description: 20–240 characters.
Prompt rules: 80–20,000 characters. Paste plain text or markdown.
Optional: Tool targets, languages, and tags (comma separated).
License: CC-BY-4.0, CC0-1.0, or Other.
Optional: Reference URLs (valid http/https links).
Optional: Email for status updates.
Step-by-step
Go to Submit and choose Prompt rules (or open /submit?type=prompt).
Fill in Title, Short description, and Prompt rules. Avoid secrets or personal data.
Add Tool targets, Languages, Tags to improve discoverability.
Choose a License that fits how others may reuse your rules.
Optionally add Reference URLs to docs or examples.
Complete the human verification if shown, then click Submit.
After you submit
You will see a confirmation with a reference like prompt_12345.
Submissions are reviewed for safety and quality. Most appear as Pending first.
If you provided an email, we’ll notify you when the review is complete.
Approved prompts appear on the Prompts page and get a detail view.
Policies & safety
Follow our guidelines. Do not include secrets, credentials, or personal data.
We run automated moderation and may hold or deny content that violates policy.
Reference links should be public and safe to open over HTTPS.
Rate limits
To prevent abuse, we limit submissions to about 10 per hour per IP.
Tips
Use clear, portable rules that work across projects.
State scope and goals up front; keep instructions concise.
Include Tool targets, Languages, and a few focused Tags.
